Shoes! Shoes! Shoes!

Who doesn't love shoes???  I DO!  And little 5 and 6 year old do too.  Everytime they get new shoes...they show me.  So why not have fun with them???  Mrs. Tabb at First Grade Awesomeness has a great shoe unit.  The kids would love and so would you.  Just go over to her page and check it out!

Math Journal

This year I plan on working a lot with journals.  So when I saw this giveaway for math journal using the common core, I had to check it out.  I will be teaching the common core starting this year and this would be awesome to win!

Miss Bindergarten

Miss Bindergarten is a great book that I LOVE to read to my kindergartners.  It has great names and rhymes.  I found this blog that made an awesome unit that I want to use with my kinders.  Can't wait.  I will post some pictures when I do it.

My first blog.

I have been blog stocking and  realized that I should do this too.  Teaching has become my life!  I enjoy it and want to make it the best that I can.  I am going to try to keep this up and keep parents informed and excited about school.
